Small billing errors. Real financial impact.

For one property owner.

Individual results vary.

01 / How it works

One bill from you. The rest is on us.

You run your business. We do the checking, explain what we find, and handle the recovery process.

  1. 01

    Upload one bill

Your latest electricity bill is enough to begin. No stack of paperwork to pull together.

  2. 02

    We check the charges

We compare your billing information against applicable verified rates and charges to identify potential errors.

  3. 03

    We handle recovery

We explain the findings and pursue eligible refunds. You keep 50% of money actually recovered; EZNRG receives the other 50%.

02 / What happens afterward

Start with an audit. Stay only if you want to.

The first audit stands on its own. You choose whether ongoing support makes sense for your business.

Recovered money. Shared equally.

Only on money actually recovered. Nothing recovered? Nothing to pay.

No upfront cost

We do the audit and pursue eligible refunds. Our fee comes from recoveries, so you don't pay just to find out whether something is wrong.

Continued checks, by choice

Choose Continuous EZNRG Auditing if you want future bills checked too. It is completely optional, with no automatic enrollment and the same 50/50 recovery split.

Less time on reporting

For the property owner featured above, a reporting solution saved about two hours each month. We look for ways to reduce the energy admin in your business, too.

03 / Why EZNRG

An energy partner. Already on your side.

EZNRG AI, INC. was made to revolutionize how ratepayers interact with energy. That means a provider who acts as a partner that shares upside and protects downside risk.

Our Energy Platform

we help coordinate smarter energy decisions among end-users and energy companies with our users at the center with full transparency

Analysis you can follow

We connect billing information, usage patterns, and energy costs so you can understand our findings and the reasons behind our recommendations.

A strategy that fits

We assess your site and back agreed pricing with our own capital. Pricing guarantees apply to these arrangements, with terms agreed individually.

04 / Our manifesto

A customer-led energy future.

Decentralization will work at scale only when customers have real choices, clear information, and a fair share of the value they help create.

01

Optionality starts with transparency.

Energy offerings are too often buried in complexity, bait-and-switch tactics, aggressive sales, or layers of third-party sellers. The answer is radical transparency.

We coordinate customers, asset owners, and market partners so savings, flexibility value, and program revenue are shared clearly. Incentives must be aligned. Flexible load, battery storage, and future virtual power plant participation should all serve a strategy in which customer outcomes drive every decision.

02

Open by design. Accountable by default.

If our team fails to drive value for our stakeholders, we should not be in business.

Our operating philosophy

That philosophy shapes how we handle information. Every customer has open access to the information we hold about their property. At any time, you can request that property-specific data, including your load profile, and ask us to erase it from our records.

Decentralization requires open networks and open standards. Our on-chain strategy is designed to keep us, and our partners, accountable to the people we promise to serve. Smart contracts and other Web3 technologies can encode obligations transparently and make performance verifiable.

Ultimately, we are building toward stakeholder-led energy. We believe the fastest and most impactful way to grow distributed energy resources is behind the meter, close to the load, where less energy is lost in transmission and distribution. At a minimum, the value created there should be shared with the early adopters who make that future possible.

05 / Energy services

07 / A few good questions

Clear answers. Before you start.

What does the audit cost?

There is no upfront cost. If we recover money, you keep 50% and EZNRG receives 50%. The fee is based on money actually recovered, not simply on errors or eligible refunds identified.

What if you don't recover any money?

You pay nothing. An audit may find that your bill is correct, and finding an eligible refund does not itself mean a recovery has been completed.

What do I have to do?

Upload your latest electricity bill to begin. We handle the checking, explain the findings, and manage the recovery process. If we need further information or authorization, we'll explain what's needed.

Which businesses can you audit?

We audit electricity bills for businesses and property owners served by ComEd or Ameren in Illinois, NIPSCO in Indiana, and all electric utilities in Ohio.

Can I keep my existing broker?

Yes. We work alongside existing brokers. We also work with brokers across the United States to enhance their offerings without disrupting their operations. Current audit eligibility is covered in the service-territory answer above.

Am I signing up for ongoing auditing?

No. The initial audit stands on its own. Continuous EZNRG Auditing is completely optional, with no automatic enrollment. If you choose it, future recoveries follow the same 50/50 split.

Is the audit the same as your energy-strategy service?

No. The audit checks your bills and pursues eligible refunds. A long-term energy partnership is a separate, optional next step for qualified businesses. Pricing guarantees belong to those arrangements, with terms agreed individually; they do not promise that every audit produces a refund.

Our mission

Build the future of energy with the customer at the center.

Read our full missionClose our mission

Providing an energy audit at no cost is just the starting point of our mission. EZNRG exists to make energy solutions simpler and more aligned with the customer.

Today, much of the energy industry operates under a zero-sum-game mentality, where sellers and buyers fight over who captures the surplus created by government incentives and subsidies. We believe the only way to scale distributed energy resources sustainably is to start with the customer and work backward into the technology.

The easiest way to demonstrate our commitment is to begin with an energy audit of past utility bills. Come join us as we build the future of energy.
