Terms of Service

The service

EZNRG.AI Inc organizes your utility documents and turns your bills and interval data into analytics for your properties in ComEd territory. To create an account you must be authorized to act for your organization, to share its documents, and to authorize access to the data for its properties and meters.

Our analytics are information to support your decisions. They are not legal, tax, engineering or investment advice, and they are not a guarantee of savings. We do not switch your electricity supplier.

Membership and billing

Membership is priced per property per month, starting at $31. Your price is agreed with you and shown before you pay. Stripe bills it monthly until a cancellation is confirmed. Adding properties increases your membership; reducing them starts with a request to us. We may also offer complimentary access, on the terms stated when it is offered.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate account and property information, check the details we read from your bills, keep your sign-in and recovery codes safe, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized access or any change in who owns or controls a property.

Timing, availability and changes

ComEd usually provides interval data within two to four business days of our request, but the timing is ComEd’s and is not guaranteed.

If a payment fails, your dashboard stays available for 7 days while you update your payment method. We may also suspend access to protect the service or to comply with the law.

If we make a material change to these terms, we will tell you before it takes effect.
