Refund and Cancellation Policy

If EzNRG is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your membership starting. The 30 days begin when your membership is activated.

How to ask

Send a request from the Account page, or email founders@eznrg.ai. A founder will contact you by the method you choose and may ask for a short conversation about what did not work, which helps us improve. Nothing changes on your account or your payments until we confirm the next step with you.

A refund and a cancellation are separate. When you ask for a refund, we confirm whether you also want to cancel.

Timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We email you when the refund is issued and when a cancellation is confirmed.

Your data after cancelling

After a cancellation is confirmed, your data is scheduled for deletion after 90 days, except the minimal records described in the Privacy Policy.
