Your organization’s data stays yours

Every request is scoped to your organization, so no customer can reach another’s data. EzNRG staff sign in with an authenticator app as well as a password, and their access to customer documents is recorded in a log that cannot be edited.

Documents

Every upload is checked for malware and for file type and size before anything reads it. Files are stored privately and encrypted, under new names we generate, and can only be opened through links that expire after a few minutes.

Infrastructure

The service runs on Amazon Web Services with encryption in transit and at rest, a private database with daily backups, managed secrets, continuous monitoring, and the least access each part of the system needs.

Reporting a security concern

Email founders@eznrg.ai with “Security” in the subject. Please do not include passwords or customer data in the message. We will reply, investigate, and tell affected customers if their data is involved.
